Our in house developed ATG system monitors your product levels within your above ground storage tanks. A reading is taken every 5 minutes (default setting) and the information uploaded to our various online platforms. The timing can be adjusted as per clients’ requirements.
The information passed to the online system can be accessed by our logistical department as well as the client at any given time. This can be used by the logistical department to proactively contact the client to arrange a possible delivery. A warning level can also be set to inform the client that he has reached his pre-determined minimum product level.
The client will be able to access this information from the online platform to monitor his product levels and place orders for the next delivery.
The current tank levels are also communicated to the client via Whatsapp on the following basis:
- When the minimum level is reached
- Hourly by default but can be changed to accommodate the client’s needs
The information shown on the online platform as well as Whatsapp message includes:
- Date and time readings was taken
- Tank number
- Current tank level
- Dip level in cm
- Total volume of the tank
This information is also shown on a screen on the unit installed at the tank/s.
One ATG unit can provide the readings of up to 4 tanks maximum at a time. The readings taken is shown per individual tank and as a summarised total over a number of tanks.
Pricing is calculated on the following basis: (on request)
- 1 x Main unit with a single sensor for one tank
- Additional sensors can be added for more tanks within the same storage unit up to a maximum of three.
A storage unit is defined as the number of storage tanks within the same installation on the premises.
