Transport Manager is a secure and very effective fuel management system to help control your daily and monthly fuel transactions.
Transport Manager controls which vehicle receives fuel and ensures only registered vehicles can be assisted.
The unique pump system constantly communicates with an online platform synchronizing all transaction data in real time. The information is then readily available to the client within minutes from a transaction being performed.
The online system is similar to Fuelman but does not have the SARS reports included. Each transaction is tied to a vehicle as well as the driver of that vehicle at the time of the transaction.
Online system functionality:
- All transactions dispensed through the system or captured manually is readily available
- Custom reports can be built and generated by the client
- All standard and custom reports can be exported in various formats including CSV etc…
- All deliveries and tank dips can be captured daily to track your storage tank levels
- This is also required to calculated the running stock balance totals on the SARS reports
- All vehicles are captured and registered to allow for dispensing at the pump
There are two versions of the physical pump
- A single hose static version with an onboard computer running the required software to dispense and synchronize with the online platform.
- A single hose mobile version with a robust case containing a tablet computer and communications equipment. Required for communication with the online system and control dispensing.
